Ask on WhatsAppDo you supply technicians with the equipment?
Yes. Every AV booking includes QYT technicians who install, test and operate the equipment during your event and remove it afterwards.
Can you work with our venue's in-house AV?
Yes. We coordinate with venue teams, fill gaps in their inventory, or take over the full technical scope, whichever suits your event.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to four weeks is ideal for most events. For peak season (October–April) or large LED walls, book as early as possible. We also handle urgent requests when stock allows.
Do you cover events outside Dubai?
Yes. We deliver across all seven emirates, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah.
