QYT Events was set up to close a gap we kept seeing in the UAE market: companies either hired an events agency for logistics, a production house for AV, or a studio for content — and stitched the results together themselves. Permits, safety, and sustainability
Permits, approvals, security, filming permissions, and venue requirements vary by event and location — we coordinate these as part of every project rather than guaranteeing outcomes we don't control. Where relevant, this covers event permits, venue NOCs, entertainment approvals, security, insurance, filming permissions, drone filming through approved providers, talent releases, music licensing, health and safety risk assessments, and guest consent for photography.
We also build sustainability into planning where possible — waste reduction, reusable signage, digital invitations, sustainable sourcing, and post-event reporting.
